Qualifications

• NR Program training and education provided through NR Program.
• Current BLS required; ACLS and PALS within 12 months of hire.
• Licenses/Certifications: RN license in Idaho or compact state; required certifications listed.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs and develop care plans.
• Provide age-appropriate nursing care and monitor patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate and mentor nursing students and novice nurses.
• Adhere to Joint Commission standards and hospital policies, maintaining safety and quality.
