Sign On Bonus from $10K to $30K offered for eligible candidates (hospital and unit specific) for FT night shift only on Medical Surgical, Telemetry, Cardiac & Progressive Care Units. Bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses or HCA Loan/Scholarships.
$5,000 Relocation Bonus offered for those more than 50 miles from our hospitals.

We are hiring New Graduate RNs at all 8 facilities, including: Belton Regional Medical Center, Centerpoint Medical Center, Lafayette Regional Health Center, Lee's Summit Medical Center, Menorah Medical Center, Overland Park Regional Medical Center, Research Medical Center, and Research Psychiatric Center.
The open areas and units include Critical Care, Emergency Room, Medical Surgical, Orthopedics, Transplant, Oncology, Cardiac Care, Step Down, Surgical Specialty, OR Surgery, Float Pool, etc.
The HCA Nurse Residency Program is a year-long program designed to provide hands-on experience, clinical and critical thinking skills, and support from nurse educators and experienced nurses, guiding the transition from student nurse to registered nurse.

Job Summary: The RN Resident provides high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with the care team, advocating for patients, and following established nursing models.
Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, performing procedures, administering medications, responding to patient needs, and educating patients and families.
Qualifications include BLS, ACLS, nursing degree (Associate or Bachelor's), RN license or Graduate Nurse status, with no prior experience required. Some travel for training may be needed.
