CommonSpirit Health is seeking a National Nurse Resident in Layton, UT to join a hands-on, mentorship-driven program designed to build confidence from day one. You will work with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized care, while growing through a comprehensive Nurse Residency Program and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice or primary residency state.
• Associate’s degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• 0–12 months of professional nursing experience.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and clinical judgment.
• Ability to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with physicians and an interprofessional team to deliver individualized patient care.
• Administer treatments, monitor vitals, and educate patients and families.
• Engage in the Nurse Residency Program for ongoing learning and growth.
• Support patient safety, quality outcomes, and care coordination.
• Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and respectful teamwork.
