Christiana Care Health Services, Inc. is offering a Nurse Residency Program: Progressive Care Track for new graduates and nurses with under one year of experience.

The program features preceptor-led clinical experiences on intermediate/step-down units at Newark or Wilmington campuses, plus lectures and simulations to build critical thinking and teamwork. Participants complete months 6, 8, 10, and 12 residency meetings and must pass state boards to obtain RN licensure in Delaware or a compact

Qualifications

• Graduating from accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
• BLS certification required.
• Less than 12 months of nursing experience by the start of the program.
• Eligible for Delaware license as Graduate Nurse/Registered Nurse or a compact-state license.
• Willing and able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
