Job summary
BAYADA Home Health Care offers a Nurse Residency Program for nursing graduates with NCLEX scheduling or passed in the United States. This is the only paid, new graduate residency in home health to earn ANCC accreditation.

Responsibilities
- Complete a 6-week training program with supervision.
- Provide one-on-one nursing care to patients.
- Shadow and learn from experienced nurses during residency.
- Utilize electronic charting with Statewise and maintain accurate records.
