Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking nursing graduates with NCLEX to join a nationally recognized Nurse Residency Program in the United States. This is the only paid, new graduate residency in home health care with ANCC accreditation.

The program offers one-on-one nursing care, weekly pay, flexible scheduling after six weeks of training, paid training and shadowing, and extensive clinical support for growth across adult and pediatric populations.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in US and graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home health nursing care.
• Participate in residency training and shadowing.
• Document care using electronic charting.
• Coordinate with care teams and family members.
