BAYADA Home Health Care invites newly graduated nurses to our Nurse Residency Program in Monroeville, PA. The program is the only paid, ANCC-accredited residency in home health care for new grads, with paid training and shadowing.

Participants receive weekly pay, one-on-one nursing care, flexible scheduling after training, and robust clinical support including simulation labs and case matching near home.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• CPR in good standing
