The residency program supports new graduates and experienced RNs with mentorship, leadership development, and evidence-based practice, all within Mayo Clinic’s Nursing Professional Practice Model.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

• Computer skills required; prior EMR experience preferred.
