Job Title: Nurse Residency - LPN at Centers Health Care

Bronx Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Bronx, NY.

Salary: Base rate of $31.94 per hour, with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights.

Responsibilities:

• Collect required information from new residents for admission.
• Record health details, including vitals and temperature.
• Administer medications and injections as needed.
• Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required.
• Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
• Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements:

• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Valid LPN license in the state of New York.
• Good standing with the State Registry.
