Job description

New rate increase up to $30/hr!

Base rate is $28-$30 with an additional $0.75 shift differential for evening and night shifts.

Responsibilities:

1. Collect required information from new Residents for admission.
2. Record health details, including vitals and temperature.
3. Administer medications and injections as needed.
4. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
5. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required.
6. Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
7. Monitor food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Valid NY State LPN license.
• In good standing with the State Registry.
