Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: ADN is required; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: RN licensure required or Graduate Nurse provisional option.
• Experience: No previous experience required; candidates with >12 months are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Attend quality and core curriculum classes and complete clinical competencies.
• Participate in professional development workshops and peer support groups.
• Perform nursing assessments under direct supervision of a licensed RN.
• Develop a plan of care with patient/family involvement and coordinate care.
• Document care and any variations with rationale; adhere to unit standards.
• Support staffing and comply with hospital policies and safety procedures.

Education

Associate degree in Nursing
