Baystate Noble Hospital in Westfield, MA, invites newly licensed RNs to join a Nurse Residency program attached to the Medical‑Surgical/Telemetry and IMC teams. You will be hired as a Registered Nurse, with orientation and support to transition into patient care responsibilities.

The program offers a comprehensive learning curriculum, pathways for professional development, and opportunities for cross-training across Baystate Health departments.

Formación

• MA Registered Nurse License required.
• BLS CPR certification required (can be obtained after offer).
• Diploma in Nursing is required.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in the Nurse Residency program alongside RN duties.
• Receive comprehensive unit-based orientation and structured mentorship.
• Develop patient care plans and coordinate with Medical‑Surgical/Telemetry and IMC teams.
