Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead and manage nursing research projects from conceptualization to completion.

Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to inform research design and identify gaps in nursing knowledge.
Implement data collection methods, including surveys, interviews, observations, or clinical data extraction.
Analyze research data using statistical methods and software.
Interpret results, draw conclusions, and make recommendations based on research findings.
Prepare and submit research findings for publication in peer‑reviewed journals.
Ensure research projects comply with ethical standards and IRB requirements.
