Beth Israel Lahey Health's Exeter Hospital is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide professional nursing care on the Medical/Surgical unit. You will coordinate care planning with other disciplines and support a patient-centered approach in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements include BSN preferred, NH RN license or compact state, BCLS certification (within 30 days of hire), and 1 year of Medical-Surgical RN experience.

Join our 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit caring for medical, surgical, and telemetry patients. The average length of stay is 3–4 days, with patient ratios of 5:1 on days and typically 6:1 on nights. This fast-paced unit offers a collaborative environment and opportunities to build strong clinical skills while delivering exceptional patient care.
$35.00 - $63.15
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
