The Quality Assurance Coordinator manages the collection, review, and sharing of quality performance data within a correctional health care setting. Working under the direction of site leadership, the position helps ensure documents and records meet required protocols and state and federal health care standards. The role supports compliance and quality improvement initiatives focused on CalAIM programs. It plays a key part in monitoring performance, identifying gaps, and supporting accountability for services provided to the justice-involved population.
