Based at Santa Maria or Santa Barbara County Jail, the role requires strong data analysis, reporting skills, and knowledge of Medi-Cal requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Training in processes and quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Collects, analyzes, and oversees quality performance data and related data entry.
• Designs, conducts, and evaluates quality audits, reviews, and control plans.
• Performs and coordinates medical record and documentation reviews to abstract relevant data.
• Prepares and generates reports on performance against quality indicators and CalAIM metrics.
• Collaborates with leadership to address gaps, support training efforts, and implement corrective actions.
