Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Nurse Professional Development Generalist (NPD) who is an RN and educator with a focus on adult learning, curriculum development, and leadership in nursing education. The role requires vision to improve patient outcomes and a drive to advance evidence-based practice across clinical settings.

The position is part-time (10-12 hours per week) and requires Healing Touch certification or instructor certification, RN licensure in NJ, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Graduate of NLN/AACN accredited program.
• Minimum of 3+ years of nursing experience in an acute care hospital.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office and Google Suite).
• Magnet Recognition Program knowledge.
• Must acquire/maintain ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications as required.
