Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a Nurse Professional Development Specialist with RN licensure and an advanced nursing degree. The role centers on education, curriculum development, and evidence-based practice to advance patient care.

As an experienced educator in a hospital setting, you will lead learning initiatives, mentor staff, and collaborate across departments to ensure high-quality outcomes and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Graduate degree (Master's or greater) in Nursing or related field; if related field, must have a nursing baccalaureate.
Graduate of NLN/AACN accredited nursing program.
Minimum 3+ years of current nursing experience in an acute care hospital.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite.
Magnet Recognition Program knowledge.
Maintain competencies and certifications (ACLS, NRP, PALS) as required.
