Ocean Pulmonary in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our pulmonary and sleep medicine team in Ocean County. This full-time, in-person role focuses on comprehensive assessments, evidence-based care, and collaboration with physicians to manage COPD, asthma, and related conditions.

You will interpret tests, educate patients, and ensure HIPAA-compliant records while enjoying a supportive, growth-focused environment with competitive compensation and benefits.

Competenze

• MSN with NP board certification required.
• Active NJ NP license.
• Pulmonary medicine experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.

Mansioni

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionateNurse Practitionerto join our dynamic healthcare team inOcean County, NJ. Our practice is dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients with a range of pulmonary conditions, and we’re looking for a skilled provider who shares our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients with pulmonary and sleep disorders
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with physicians
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests, chest X-rays, and lab work
• Manage ongoing care for chronic respiratory diseases, including COPD, asthma, and interstitial lung disease
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive care
• Provide follow-up care and make necessary referrals to specialists
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) and board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active NJ state NP license
• Experience in pulmonary medicine or a related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication skills and compassionate bedside manner
• BLS and ACLS certification required
