What You’ll Do

This is more than a clinical role—it’s a hybrid opportunity at the intersection of patient care, innovation, and healthcare operations. You will:

Deliver Virtual Care (Asynchronous): Review medical histories, evaluate health goals, and develop personalized treatment plans.
Monitor and Optimize: Track progress and adjust treatment pathways to promote long-term success.
Collaborate with Product: Partner directly with our product and engineering teams to review product flows, suggest improvements, and co-create a best-in-class clinician and patient experience.
Support a Clinical Team: Work closely with and support a group of nearly 10 high-performing clinicians, helping shape operational strategy.
Develop SOPs and Best Practices: Help create scalable clinical workflows and documentation for consistency and quality.
Test and Shape Tech: Participate in pilot programs and platform testing to ensure systems meet the needs of both providers and patients.

What We’re Looking For

Licensure: Active NP or PA license in 35+ U.S. states (required).
Experience: At least 2 years in clinical practice; telehealth experience preferred.
Certification: Board certification in Family Medicine (preferred).
Passion Areas: Strong interest in weight loss, preventive care, wellness, or longevity medicine.
Tech-Forward: Enthusiastic about digital health, startups, and innovating care delivery models.
Leader & Builder: Motivated to work cross-functionally and help build systems from the ground up.
Clear Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication, especially for async workflows.

Bonus Qualifications

Independent prescriptive authority (where applicable)
Experience developing SOPs or optimizing clinical operations
Prior collaboration with product/design/engineering teams
