Nurse Practitioner - Wound Care Center - Traveler - USA

Korzen Health is seeking a full-time Traveling Certified Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This position provides coverage to Healogics Wound Care Centers across the United States and is not specific to your local city or state.

Healogics has over 25 years of experience treating patients with chronic wounds from more than 600 hospital-based wound care centers nationwide. Currently, Healogics treats over 300,000 wound care patients annually and has healed nearly 4 million wounds. It is the world’s leading expert in wound healing.

Scope of Practice Highlights

• Full team support including Case Manager, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses, Office Manager, and Front/Back End Support.
• Advanced wound-care treatments such as Cellulitis therapy, Compression therapy, Hyperbaric oxygen therapy, Infection management and prevention, Wound cleaning, and Wound dressing.
• Expected patient encounters: approximately 15 to 20 per day, mostly wound care with less than 5% Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
• Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, totaling 40 hours/week. No night shifts, on-call, or weekend hours.
• Opportunities for leadership growth.
• Schedule planned in advance, each assignment lasting 3-6 months.
• Travel across the United States; not limited to your local area.

Experience Requirements

• Active state license (clean).
• Certified Nurse Practitioner qualification.
• DEA License.
• Minimum 1 year NP experience.
• Procedure experience including simple sutures and I&Ds.
