Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Wound Care

We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Wound Care to serve our patients across South Carolina. This position involves providing specialty visits via telehealth from your home within your assigned service area.

Position Details:

• Salary-based with monthly bonus potential
• Full-time shifts available:
• 12-hour shift (7 days on, 7 days off)
• 8-hour shift (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
• 10-hour shift (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, 7:00 am - 6:00 pm)

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced nursing care within your scope of practice
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in collaboration with healthcare professionals
• Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care
• Maintain accurate patient records

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in South Carolina
• Certification in Wound Care
• Preferred but not required: 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Excellent clinical assessment skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in EMR systems
• CPR certification and relevant credentials
