Adagio Health Inc. in Beaver County/Hopewell is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver full-scope primary and women’s health services in a collaborative, mission-driven setting.

You will examine patients, develop diagnoses, and implement evidence-based treatment plans while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate holds an active PA NP license in PA, with 2+ years’ experience in family planning or reproductive health and a relevant certification.

Qualifications

• Active CRNP license in Pennsylvania (required).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred; strong new graduates with applicable training are welcome to apply.
• Certification in a relevant specialty area (required).
• Master's or DNP degree (required for candidates without equivalent clinical experience; preferred overall).

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive primary care and women's health services to diverse patient populations.
• Conduct physical examinations, develop diagnoses, and create evidence-based treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests within full scope of practice.
• Perform procedures including IUD insertions, contraceptive counseling, colposcopy (if certified), and reproductive health services.
• Collaborate with physicians, MAs, and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Utilize UpToDate and evidence-based clinical resources.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and outcome tracking.
