Job summary
NIVA Health in Troy, MI seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who believes healing goes beyond prescriptions and procedures. You’ll guide patients toward root causes of fatigue and chronic symptoms with a holistic, science-backed approach.
As part of a collaborative team, you’ll lead wellness consultations, administer Nutritional IV Therapy and Executive Physicals, educate patients on drug-free choices, and stay current with regenerative medicine to empower lasting health.
Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner licensure (APRN) and Master's in Nursing are required.
- Advanced Practice certification is required or highly desired.
- 2+ years in wellness, integrative, or regenerative care preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and holistic health passion.
- Willingness to work Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive wellness consultations and listen attentively to patients.
- Administer Nutritional IV Therapy and conduct Executive Physicals.
- Educate patients to make informed, drug-free health choices.
- Collaborate with providers, medical assistants, and care coordinators.
- Stay current with regenerative and functional medicine practices.
