Job summary

Midi Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a fully remote team serving Washington-based patients on a perimenopause and menopause program. You will manage a full patient panel virtually, including HRT management, weight therapy considerations, and sexual health support, with emphasis on autonomy and high-quality care.

You will operate in a fast-paced, protocol-driven environment with flexible scheduling across 7:00am–7:00pm local time, and must be authorized to work in the United States

Qualifications

• Reside within the state of Washington.
• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC.
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT.
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel — building ongoing relationships and making autonomous clinical decisions over time.
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience.
• 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.
• Preferred: certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine.

Responsibilities

Work Location: Remote — must live in Washington; work must be completed within the United States

THE ROLE

You’ll carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep — all virtually. This is ongoing, relationship-based care, which means your patients come back to you — visit after visit, over months and years. You’ll prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies, and make autonomous clinical decisions every day.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

This is a fully remote position requiring reliable high-speed internet access and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment. The role involves prolonged computer use, including extended periods of sitting, video conferencing, and electronic documentation. To support patient access and business needs, occasional evening, weekend, or multi-time-zone coverage may be required.
