Job summary

Conviva Senior Primary Care in Corpus Christi, Texas, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (VSP) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for older adults. You will diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and work with leadership to shape care strategies for our senior population.

The role requires a state NP license, at least 8 years of experience, and strong patient-facing skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with Humana/CenterWell integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 8+ years of technical experience in the field.
• 2+ years of project leadership experience.
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the applicable state.
• Role is patient-facing and participates in TB screening.
• Demonstrated passion for improving consumer experiences.

The Nurse Practitioner (VSP) applies advanced education and clinical competencies to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The Nurse Practitioner (VSP) works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. The Nurse Practitioner (VSP) provides health promotion and maintenance through the diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and chronic conditions. Prescribes medication, examines patients, diagnoses illnesses, and provides treatment. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$149,800 - $206,100 per year
