Job summary

Qualifications
- A minimum of one (1) year Nurse Practitioner experience in primary care/internal medicine preferred.
- Value-based care experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
- Educate patients about medication and illness management.
