Job summary

US Fertility is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for the Third Party Donor Team based in Eastside, New York, Manhattan. The role supports infertility patients within a national network of fertility centers, collaborating with physicians and care teams.

The ideal candidate holds a NP degree and a current NY license with board certification, BLS/ACLS, and a customer-focused approach. The position offers full-time on-site work, growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing, or Doctor of Nursing degree.
Current New York State Nursing license.
Valid and current Nurse Practitioner license required.
Valid and current Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (ANCC, AANP, or specialty board).
BLS and/or ACLS Certified.
Women's health experience preferred; training will be provided.
High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter.

Responsibilities

Educate patients and couples about infertility causes and discuss evaluation, treatment and procedure plans.
Perform pre-procedure and post-procedure assessment and teaching.
Consult with patients regarding treatment protocols, medications, and required testing or procedures.
Assist as needed in surgical cases and transfers.
Make measurements and calculations while performing ultrasound procedures.
