We’re building a nationwide clinical team to bring proactive, data-informed care to more lives. Our approach combines functional medicine principles with modern technology, making personalized healthcare both effective and accessible.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for multi-state licensed Nurse Practitioners who are passionate about preventative and optimization-based care. You’ll provide virtual consults, interpret lab results, and collaborate with patients on personalized plans that may include lifestyle interventions, HRT, peptide therapy, and custom supplementation.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver telehealth visits focused on functional labs, hormone balance, and metabolic optimization

Interpret personalized biomarker panels and contribute to tailored care plans (developed alongside our clinical leadership and AI tools)

Work with a care team including health coaches and collaborating physicians

Prescribe and manage therapies including HRT, peptides, supplements, and lifestyle interventions

Document care thoroughly and compliantly across multiple states

Support proactive patient monitoring through follow-up messaging and wearable integrations

Stay current on evidence-based protocols, state-specific telehealth laws, and functional medicine trends

Requirements

Active NP license in at least 5+ U.S. states (10+ or 20+ strongly preferred)

DEA license(s) in one or more states (multiple preferred)

Experience in one or more of the following:

Functional or Integrative Medicine

Hormone Optimization (HRT/TRT)

Peptide Therapy

Men’s and/or Women’s Health

Longevity & Regenerative Medicine

2+ years clinical experience post-NP licensure

Comfortable with telehealth platforms, digital EMRs, and async patient communication

Committed to patient education, empowerment, and prevention-first care

Nice to Haves

Familiarity with wearable devices, AI-supported tools, or performance-focused care

Experience with compounding pharmacies or integrative treatment planning

National board certification in adult, family, or women's health NP roles
