Momentum Spine and Joint in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient clinical team. The NP will provide medical services under physician supervision, perform assessments, order tests, prescribe per protocol, and coordinate patient care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold TX RN license with APRN status and prescriptive authority.
• Graduate degree in nursing with state recognition as APRN.
• Experience following Nurse Practice Act and clinic protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop care plans.
• Perform delegated functions under physician supervision and prescribe per protocol.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
