Momentum Spine and Joint is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient clinical team in Texas. The NP will provide medical services under physician supervision, conducting assessments, protocols, and care plans in alignment with state regulations.

The role requires a Master’s in Nursing, Texas RN licensure, ARNP recognition, and prescriptive authority, with BLS/ACLS certifications. Competitive benefits and a collaborative, patient-focused environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing required.
• Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing.
• Prescriptive authority privileges through Texas.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive health assessments and develops plan of care.
• Performs delegated physician-supervised functions including diagnosis and treatment.
• Maintain timely documentation in patient records.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Order and interpret diagnostics and respond to findings.
