Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• National certification as NP or PA.
• Ability to obtain an Oregon NP or PA license.
• Current DEA certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care as NP/PA in a Walk-In Clinic setting.
• Manage a daily caseload of approximately 15–18 patients.
• Collaborate with Diabetes Educator, RN Care Coordinators, Wound Care, Dermatology, Behavioral Health, Palliative Care and Women’s Health teams.

THE OPPORTUNITY

• Medical Assistant is assigned to each clinician.
• Daily case load is approximately 15-18 patients per day.
• Additional support from our Diabetes Educator, RN Care Coordinators, Wound Care, Dermatology, Behavioral Health, Palliative Care and Women’s Health. 4-day or 5-day work week.
• Collaborative working environment.
• Oregon is a Full Practice Authority State.

What You Bring
