New Solutions seeks a Nurse Practitioner for our Skilled Nursing Facility to deliver high-quality patient care in a SNF setting.

The NP will perform therapeutic procedures, manage wounds and infections, administer injections and immunizations, and educate patients on regimens. Prior SNF experience is preferred but not required; active nursing license is mandatory. Strong patient communication essential.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license required.
• Prior SNF experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform standard NP procedures (injections, immunizations, wound care) as part of routine care.

Responsibilities

• Perform therapeutic procedures by administering injections and immunizations; suturing; managing wounds and infections.
• Instruct and counsel patients by describing therapeutic regimens and health maintenance information.
• Assure delivery of quality care services to all patients in a respectful and professional manner.
