Responsibilities include advanced care planning, comprehensive assessments, and prescribing treatments while collaborating with the facility’s care team to support short- and long-term residents. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Texas APN licensure and DEA license.
• Previous nursing or clinical experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
