Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with physicians to identify issues and implement directives.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including interviews, physical exams, and medical history reviews.
• Document all patient care activities in medical records.
• Perform injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound management.
• Educate and counsel patients on treatment plans and wellness.
• Develop and implement patient management plans to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain compliance with infection control policies and legal requirements.
