Job summary

OnSite Medical Solutions is seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners to perform consultations in nursing homes and assisted living facilities in Orangeburg, SC. You will work with a team to deliver high-level care while maintaining autonomy with administrative support and mentorship, and a flexible schedule with competitive compensation.

Requirements include a Master of Science in Nursing with a qualifying NP certification, active SC license, and DEA registration, plus a minimum of 1 year of

Qualifications

Master of Science in Nursing with FNP, ANP, AGNP, AGACNP, AGPCNP, or ACNP certification
Active License in South Carolina
DEA registration
1+ year NP experience
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Strong, patient-centric work ethic

Responsibilities

Round at assigned facilities and manage acute, subacute, and primary care needs of older adults
Collaborate with OnSite team, nursing home staff, residents, and families
Proactively follow up with patients and assess efficacy of interventions
Provide education on best practices
Integrate non-pharmacological treatments whenever possible
