Job summary

OnSite Medical Solutions in Charleston, SC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide consultations in nursing homes and assisted living facilities, with autonomous practice and full administrative support from OnSite. Qualifications

• MSN with FNP/ANP/AGNP/ACNP certification required.
• Active South Carolina license and DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Round at assigned facilities and manage acute, subacute, and primary care needs.
• Work closely with OnSite team, nursing home staff, residents, and families.
• Proactively follow up with patients and assess intervention efficacy.
• Provide education on best practices.
• Integrate non-pharmacological treatments whenever possible.
