Job Summary: The Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive primary care to patients in both the school-based health center (SBHC) setting and outpatient primary care. By providing care in the SBHCs, the NP increases the resiliency of low resourced families by ensuring access to both education and healthcare. The NP works collaboratively with other team members in the school and clinic in providing patient care. Follows evidenced-based approaches. Engages in health center projects and quality improvement, and utilizes effective and appropriate communication strategies when working with patients, educators and colleagues.

2. Qualifies for the HRSA Loan Repayment Program or the Massachusetts Loan Repayment Program
