Job summary

Atlantic Health Primary Care at Rockaway in Rockaway, NJ, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative, patient-centered team. The NP will provide comprehensive primary care, manage acute and chronic conditions, perform exams, prescribe medications, and order/interpret tests while building and managing a patient panel.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Active License in the State of New Jersey.
• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• Experience is preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions in a primary care setting.
• Perform physical exams and order/interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and manage a patient panel.
• See walk-in patients as needed.
