Nurse Practitioner (Remote, Urgent Care)

SteadyMD is excited to invite Nurse Practitioners with licenses in at least 5 states (including AZ, WA, PA, MN, CA, TX, or NY) to join our diverse and growing talent pool for our urgent care telehealth program.

Position Overview:

• Location: Fully Remote
• Schedule: Minimum 10 hours/week, with flexible scheduling options
• Night and weekend availability strongly preferred
• Compensation: $56-$60/hour, with a 15% differential for night and weekend shifts

Responsibilities:

• Conduct video and phone evaluations (scheduled and on-demand) and asynchronous communication with adult and pediatric patients.
• Provide urgent care treatment for conditions like allergies, cold/flu, and more.
• Deliver inclusive, evidence-based care to a diverse patient population.

Requirements:

• Active NP license in at least 5 states, with at least 3 in AZ, WA, PA, MN, CA, TX, or NY
• Board certification as FNP, AGNP, or ACNP by ANCC or AANP
• Minimum 5 years of post-graduate independent practice; 2 years preferred
• Availability for at least 10 hours/week
• Comfort with technology, professionalism, and strong communication skills
• Telemedicine experience is a plus
