Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Pulmonary Disease APP (Nurse Practitioner) to join a growing pulmonary practice with pulmonologists and critical care specialists. You will perform comprehensive assessments, manage both new and established patients with pulmonary diseases, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outpatient care.

Qualifications

• Arizona NP license or eligibility to obtain one.
• DEA registration with prescriptive authority required.
• One year of experience preferred; new grads considered with ICU or outpatient RN experience.
• Schedule includes 36 clinic hours and 4 administrative hours weekly.
• No call or weekend coverage required.
