Join Temple Health – Temple University Health System as a Nurse Practitioner, Pulmonary/Critical Care (FT; 5 days/wk).

Job Overview

Temple Health is recruiting full-time outpatient Nurse Practitioners in Pulmonary Critical Care / Sleep Medicine at our Main Campus, Chestnut Hill Hospital, and Oaks locations in Pennsylvania. Candidates must be certified (AANC, AANP, or PANC) and licensed or eligible in Pennsylvania. Pulmonary experience as an RN or NP is preferred.

Department and Services

The Department of Thoracic Medicine and Surgery specializes in lung disease treatment, including pulmonary and critical care medicine, allergy, thoracic surgery, lung transplant, sleep medicine, diagnostic imaging, interventional thoracic radiology, pulmonary pathology, research, and education. Temple is a leader in lung transplantation, pulmonary care, and clinical research, serving over 50,000 patients with outpatient and inpatient services, including advanced procedures like endobronchial ultrasound, navigational bronchoscopy, and bronchial thermoplasty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution (Required)
• Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program (Required)
• 2 Years of experience as a nurse practitioner (Preferred)
• 1 Year experience in a clinical specialty practice (Preferred)
• 1 Year outpatient/ambulatory experience (Preferred)
• Experience in an EPIC environment (Preferred)

Licenses and Certifications

• PA Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) (Required)
• PA Registered Nurse License (RN-LIC) (Required)
• Prescriptive Authority (PRX-AUTH) (Preferred)
