Job summary

Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Bloomsdale, Missouri. This role involves delivering quality primary care and collaborating with our experienced clinical team for effective patient management.

The NP will work an average of 2-4 shifts a month, responsible for examining and treating chronic and acute conditions, performing lab tests, and writing prescriptions within the set protocols. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including health coverage and retirement planning.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing required.
• Licensure in Missouri, CPR, ACLS or PALS certifications expected.
• Certified as a FNP/PNP through an accredited organization.

Job Details

• Primary location will be in Bloomsdale, Missouri with some rotation into our Ste. Genevieve clinic.
• Work an average of 2-4 shifts a month.
• The NP is responsible for the delivery of quality primary care.
• Examines and treats chronic and acute episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries/illnesses.
• Part of an experienced and supportive clinical team.
• Performs selected laboratory testing and referrals to physicians as needed.
• Writes prescriptions and performs office procedures within the scope of expertise and protocols.
• Works with the Medical Director and operates under the collaborative practice.

Requirements

• Maters Degree
• Licensure required for job: State of Missouri nursing license and current CPR certification. ACLS or PALS certification. Certification as a FNP/PNP through an approved Nursing Organization.
