Job summary
Bay Area Community Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide specialized nursing services including school-based health care, women's health, family planning, and primary care in Fremont, CA. - Obtains and records client health history and conducts comprehensive physical exams.
- Diagnoses and treats clients in school-based health care, women's health and primary care.
- Prescribes medications within specialty and interprets lab results.
- Performs lab procedures and manages case for select clients.
- Provides education on birth control, STDs, and other health topics.
- Maintains electronic medical records and participates in staff development.
