Job summary

Next Level Urgent Care, LLC seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and episodic care in collaboration with physicians, following established protocols. You will manage patient flow, perform comprehensive exams, order tests, and educate patients on treatments and preventive care.

The role requires board certification, an active state NP license, and a DEA license, with clinical experience in emergency or urgent care settings. BLS certification is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with clinical practice.
• Board certified NP with current state licensure.
• DEA license without restrictions.
• Skilled in patient assessment and management.
• Experience in emergency/urgent care or ambulatory clinic settings.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and episodic care following protocols.
• Maintain patient flow and coordinate care with the clinical team.
• Perform complete physical exams and assessments across urgent and emergent presentations.
• Order and interpret tests to inform care plans in collaboration with supervising physician.
• Document differential diagnoses and recommend treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and educate patients on usage.
