Job summary

Next-Level-Urgent-Care- in Baytown, TX seeks a licensed Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and episodic care in collaboration with physicians, follow established protocols, manage patient flow, and emphasize health promotion and education.

You will perform exams, order tests, document findings, prescribe medications, and ensure safety and infection-control standards, with DEA licensure and Texas NP certification required plus BLS and ambulatory clinic experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Board-certified NP with current Texas licensure.
• DEA licensure without restrictions.
• BLS certified.

Responsibilities

• Assure patient flow runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Perform complete physical exams and assessments.
• Define and document differential diagnoses; plan care in collaboration with physician.
• Prescribe medications and provide patient education.
• Maintain quality, safety, and infection-control standards.
• Learns and uses clinical software for charting.
