Job summary

PeaceHealth Peace Harbor Medical Center in Florence, Oregon, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Walk-In Clinic. You’ll join a collaborative team with a daily case load and support from care coordinators and specialists. Full-time, onsite, with relocation and CME benefits.

Oregon licensure and DEA certification required or obtainable. Experience in Urgent Care, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• National certification as an NP or PA.
• Ability to obtain an Oregon NP or PA license.
• Current DEA certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience in Urgent Care, Walk-In Clinic, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or related setting preferred.

THE OPPORTUNITY

• Medical Assistant is assigned to each clinician.
• Daily case load is approximately 15-18 patients per day.
• Additional support from our Diabetes Educator, RN Care Coordinators, Wound Care, Dermatology, Behavioral Health, Palliative Care and Women’s Health. 4-day or 5-day work week.
• Collaborative working environment.
• Oregon is a Full Practice Authority State.
