Job Details

Position: Nurse Practitioner / Advanced Practice Provider (APP) – Tucson, AZ

Compensation: Salary $105k-$135k plus Incentive Bonuses

Role Description
  • Provide equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patient populations.
  • Work within large care teams to focus on quality of care rather than volume.
  • Support a model that rewards outcomes, reduces hospital admissions, and emphasizes preventive medicine.
Responsibilities
  • Base salary: $105k-$135k (depending on experience and location)
  • Quality metric bonuses: $15k-$25k based on performance
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Patient volume: 13-16 patients/day
  • Visit types: 20-minute regular visits, 40-minute full diagnostics and new patient visits
  • Care team includes Scribe, Medical Assistant, Social Worker
  • Clinic equipment: On-site labs, access to specialists via RubiconMD
  • EMR systems: Canopy and Greenway
  • Transportation: Van services within 5 miles for patients
  • Community activities: Exercise classes, yoga, dance, spa days
  • Clinic team: 3-5 providers, including NPs and Physicians
Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctorate in Nursing or NP Certificate
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license and DEA license
  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
  • Knowledge of HCC documentation, ICD-10 coding, HRAs (preferred)
