Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and occupational health care at our Health Center in Thief River Falls, MN. The position features a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM–3:30 PM), no weekends, and a supportive, close-knit team.

You will conduct exams, perform procedures, develop care plans, educate patients, order tests, and collaborate with physicians to deliver high-quality care. Competitive benefits and CEU allowance accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Must hold Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of practice.
• Current national certification in appropriate family/primary care specialization.
• BLS/ACLS or equivalent Basic Life Support certification as required by contract scope.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines.
• Develop patient care plans and record progress to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and health maintenance.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
• Prescribe or recommend treatments, including medications and therapies.
• Refer patients to specialists or physicians as needed.
