Qualifications

• Masters degree in Nursing required.
• APRN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Three (3) years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive assessment, diagnosis and treatment for a caseload of patients in collaboration with attending physician.
• Orders and administers diagnostic tests and medications.
• Develops and adjusts treatment plans based on patient condition and responses.
• Ensures patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Leads and participates in performance improvement activities and team meetings.
